Hayes
Hayes joined Portland Animal Clinic in October 2024, originally as a front desk administrator. He now works in a hybrid role as both a veterinary assistant and receptionist. A lifelong animal lover, Hayes grew up just a few blocks from the clinic and fondly remembers bringing his childhood cats here for care. He studied communications at the University of Oregon in Eugene and at Senshū University in Tokyo, and he’s thrilled to be back in Portland working in veterinary care.
At home, Hayes shares his life with a chihuahua, four cats, and a ball python. When he’s not at the clinic, he teaches aerial dance and enjoys unwinding with horror movies and his pup curled up by his side.

Erica
I was born and raised in Las Vegas and later moved to Oregon with my husband. At home, I share life with two beloved dogs—a pit/lab mix named Cali and a puggle named Sushi. I love staying active and enjoy exploring new places, especially hikes and beaches around the Pacific Northwest. In my free time, I enjoy making jewelry and drawing.
